Work has me pretty much covered up right now...to help fill my posting quota, here is one of my favorite UGA Yoo-Tooobs, even if it is a video recording of someone's television screen.
After the bitter taste of '08 it's easy to forget what an unbelievably AWESOME game that was. Proud to say that I was there. If we're only gonna win the WLOCP once every 4 or 5 years, at least let them all be that fun. Btw, everytime I see that first TD I think that there's no way he's gonna score. I can't believe they didn't review it. The dynamics would have been a bit different if all of those penalties would have forced us into a fieldgoal instead.
Actually, they DID review it...I remember because it led to two funny moments:
1) Penn Wagers comes out and says soomething like: "After further review, the ruling on the field is confirmed. We will now discuss the penalties after the play."
2) In an interview later, Richt talked about how he was freaking out while they were reviewing it, because if it had been overturned we would be facing 4th and 30 after the penalties.
But you're excused for not knowing that...I'm sure you were a little distracted at the time!

Yeah, I guess I was distracted. I'm also surprised how quickly the ref puts up his hands instead of waiting for someone else to do it.
